Guest in touch

Dashboard

How your guest communication is going, at a glance.

The Guest in touch Home sums up what happens across all your chats: how fast you reply, how much work the AI does, what is still waiting for an answer and who arrives today. All calculated from real messages.

The numbers that matter, as soon as you log in

Your PMS tells you about bookings; the Guest in touch dashboard tells you how you communicate with guests. At the top, four indicators, always compared with the previous period (7, 30 or 90 days):

  • First response time: how quickly an operator or the AI replies half of the time, with the average next to it
  • AI automatic replies: the share of questions the AI answered on its own, with the day-by-day trend
  • To handle: chats waiting for an operator, and those stuck for more than two hours
  • Average review score, shown out of 5 for every portal

Where and when guests write

Messages by channel (WhatsApp, guest page, Airbnb, Booking.com, email, SMS) show where requests really come from. Messages per day separate operator replies, AI replies and automated messages. The peak hours map and guest languages help you plan shifts and choose the hours for AI automatic replies.

The AI at work, no secrets

How many questions the AI evaluated, how many it answered on its own, how many it proposed and an operator sent. Above all, why it left the others to you: a person was needed, reliable data was missing, the topic was excluded in the settings. So you know what to enable to let it do more.

Guests, revenue and reputation

  • Guest page: active links, how many guests opened it, turned on notifications and wrote in the chat
  • Extra services: how much you sold, confirmed and pending requests, the most requested services
  • Reviews: score by portal, how many have a reply and the score by aspect, lowest first, to see where to improve

Today, under control

For every arrival and departure of the day you see whether the confirmation was sent, whether the police forms are filled in, whether the guest opened their page and the last message exchanged. One click opens the chat, the guest card, the booking or the property. Next to it, channel status (connections, SMS credits, WhatsApp templates in review) and the automated messages of the next 24 hours, with a warning if a condition will stop them.

Everyone gets their own Home

Cards are moved by dragging their handle, widened to the full row or reduced to half, and the ones you don't need can be hidden (and brought back from the "Customize cards" menu). The layout is saved for each user: front-desk staff can keep today's arrivals at the top, whoever looks after quality can keep the reviews there. One click on "Reset layout" puts everything back.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the data come from?

From the messages stored in Guest in touch and the bookings in your PMS: nothing to enter by hand. Each user only sees the account and channels they manage, and prices only with permission.

How is response time calculated?

From the guest's first message to the first reply by an operator or the AI. Confirmations, scheduled messages and simple thank-yous that need no reply don't count.

Does the dashboard cost extra?

No, it's included in every plan.
