This page explains which cookies and similar tools www.guestintouch.com uses, run by Medialab S.r.l. (VAT no. IT00915830525), and how you can choose which ones to accept. Everything else is covered by the Privacy Policy.
1. What they are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar tools, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), work in the same way. Some are necessary for the site to work, others measure how it is used and require your consent.
2. Technical tools (always active)
They do not require consent because they only make the site work as you ask. None of them is shared with third parties.

3. Statistics (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited to learn, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site, which pages they read and from which devices. We do not use this data for advertising or combine it with other information. Until you accept, Google Analytics is not even loaded.

Google processes this data as described in its privacy policy and in how Google uses information from partner sites. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. How to change your choice
- At any time, with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
- In your browser settings, where you can delete or block cookies and site data.
- With Google's browser add-on to opt out of Analytics.
If you reject or withdraw consent, the site works exactly the same.
5. Guest page
The personal page our customers send to their guests (www.guestintouch.com/line/) only uses technical browser storage, to keep access to the stay open and remember the language. It uses no statistics or advertising cookies.
